Early Childhood Program
 
The Weld Re-8 Schools preschool program provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 3 to 5.  The preschool program is guided by a play-based philosophy.  With a comprehensive curriculum that includes STEAM, literacy, and art, we aim to spark curiosity and cultivate a love for learning.  We are committed to preparing children for success, one joyful discovery at a time.
 
Preschool Programs Offered
 
UPK (Universal Preschool Program) for 4-year-old children with both AM and PM sessions being offered, Monday through Friday.
 
Special Education services for eligible preschool children ages 3- to 5-years old (4 half-day sessions to meet individual needs).  Our preschool team partners with the Weld Re-8 Schools Special Education Department (Child Find) in the assessment, identification, and programming for children with disabilities.
